One of the greatest moments in a man's life is his birthday. It is the moment that the Almighty God (in His wisdom)has chosen to bring His into existence. That day marks the beginning of a new vision and mission from a new image of the creator.
16th September 2005 (my birthday) was a day to take stock of my activities "So far" and to make a rough assessment as to "How well?" . I really thank the good Lord for making my trip to Cologne, Germany (for the 2005 World Youth Day)a dream come true. I served as an international volunteer for about 2 weeks. I had the opportunity to interact with my fellow youths from other parts of the world. It made me realise that the phrase "Unity in Diversity" is important if we must achieve a common Goal.
Hence, I am more eager to contribute my little effort in supporting, providing and promoting any global effort that will unify the global community(especially the youths) towards achieving a common global peace,good health and prosperity. In this way, I will have been able to preach the message of ltrue love and friendship which unites us all.
Meanwhile, my day was like any other day. It was filled with events since I am a Physics teacher. I had to let my students know that peace and unity can be achieved if we all speak the language of true friendship by been more caring and through sharing of our human and natural resources. This I believe is one of the cardinal aim of TAKING IT GLOBAL.
